Content Management Systems

I ran across this site and it looks like a very informative site for anyone looking into CMS (content management systems)

I am using XSite Pro from xsitepro.com  but it costs $197 which is a little expensive for a lot of people.

If your planning on really creating a large site that your going to try and really get indexed well with the search engines and your going to make some good money off your search engine traffic, then this program is probably worth the extra money.

It will set the url for each page to the same as the title you use plus it adds the html extension to it, but then you can change it very easily to anything you like. So it is the best program I have every seen for friendly URL's, which are important if your trying to get your adsense ads to display the ones you want.

Anyway, if you don't have $200 bucks to throw down on some software, then there is some free software that will probably do most of what your looking for.

The main thing with free software is that you need to be able to install it without killing yourself and spending tons of hours.

The way around this is always pick programs that come with Fantastico, then it's just a couple clicks and you are up and running.

The problem is now Fantistico has enough CMS programs to give you a choice.

So this is a site I found that will give you an idea of which program people like best.
