Google filed a patent at the US Patent & Trademark Office

I don’t know how helpful it is to read it but here it is Googles Patent

If you work at it you can get a few pieces of information about what Google is thinking.

They are concerned about the age of your site and the age of the links you have.

But I have some more reading to do.
